The WMV is a compact, cost-effective wireless surveillance unit that offers rapidly deployable, multi-view urban surveillance coverage. It features a vandal resistant design with a covert ‘pole-cam’ camera for greater protection and coverage, as well as day/night cameras and a 360° PTZ camera for a wide-area view of its location. It is engineered into a purpose-built IP68 rated enclosure to survive deployment into some of the toughest urban environments.

One of the key features of the WMV and the entire Stryker range is flexibility, in terms of camera coverage, wireless transmission formats, recording and deployment. The WMV allows remote monitoring of multi-view video over Cellular, COFDM and IP utilising the unique TVI wireless transmission technology from Digital Barriers that is available on the Polecat+ variant. It also includes remotely accessible DVR recording, including access over Wi-Fi or cellular networks. The on-board shock tolerant DVR includes 500GB of storage as standard, which can be upgraded to 1TB. The universal housing of the WMV enable it to be quickly attached to a range of positions, including street lights and other street furniture.
