Who We Are
The Butler Group is located in Maynooth Co. Kildare and incorporates both Butler Technologies and Butler Transtest Ltd. The company was founded in 1997 and presently employs 27 people between our principle activities of Sales and Marketing, Calibration and Engineering Services.
The Group acquired Transtest Equipment Ltd in 2005 to provide both in-house and on-site equipment repair and calibration to INAB accredited standards. Butler Transtest operates to ISO 17025:2005 and all technicians hold a minimum NCEA certificate in electronics.
Our core business is split between Government Agencies and Industry. Our principle activities include the supply and support of RF and Broadcast Communications equipment, telecommunications equipment and sales and servicing of general purpose test equipment.
